India, Dec. 23 -- A relentless chase to hunt down a group of Pakistani terrorists, spotted thrice in the general area of Majalta tehsil of Udhampur district in recent days, was expanded on Monday to prevent any other terror strike on a vital security installation in the region.

The ongoing search operations, launched in the Chore Motu and its adjoining villages of Majalta tehsil, in which a jawan of the special operations group was killed in action on December 15, were expanded to nearby forest areas to hunt them down. Between Saturday and Sunday, the same group of foreign terrorists have been spotted twice in the area.

On Saturday, hungry terrorists barged into the residence of a villager and ran away after taking food.
