India, Oct. 31 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday stepped up his poll campaign in Bihar, charging the Opposition Congress-RJD combine in the State with insulting Chhathi Maiyya, having problems with Ram temple at Ayodhya and protecting infiltrators for the politics of vote bank.
He also took a dig at the Congress-RJD alliance, claiming the Congress wants to damage the RJD's prospects in the Bihar Assembly elections, and so, it has deployed the leaders who have denigrated the State. The PM also alleged that the Congress-RJD combine stood for five 'Ks' - kata (country-made weapons lawlessness), kroorta (cruelty), katuta (social resentment), kushasan (misgovernance) and corruption.
