Kanpur, July 12 -- Two more aides of gangster Vikas Dubey were arrested by Maharashtra ATS from Thane on Saturday.

They were identified as Guddan Trivedi and Sonu Tewari.

Both criminals were involved in the killing of eight police personnel in Bikru ambush on July 2 night.

The Uttar Pradesh government had announced a reward of Rs.50,000 on Guddan Trivedi.

On a tip-off, the Maharashtra ATS' Juhu unit raided a place in Coalshed Road and arrested Arvind alias Guddan Ramvilas Trivedi and his driver Sonu Tewari.

They have confessed their involvement in the killing of eight cops in Bikru ambush on July 2 night and the murder of Bharatiya Janata Party leader with state cabinet minister rank, Santosh Shukla, in 2001.
