India, Oct. 11 -- There were apparently no fireworks. After being chided by two senior cabinet ministers a few days ago, the trustees of Tata Trusts bottled their anger, and discussed routine issues. There are other reports that the contentious issues were indeed placed on the table, but there were no outbursts, and the trustees agreed to smoke the peace pipe for now. But to think of the simmering tensions as nothing of consequence, as an Indian biographer of the Tata Group said, or to feel that they are truly buried will be incorrect.
