NEW DELHI, June 27 -- Delhi Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president and Member of Parliament (MP, Manoj Tiwari along with North-West Delhi MP, Hans Raj Hans on Wednesday laid the foundation stone of biomethanation plant at North Delhi Municipal Corporation's Bhalaswa Dairy, Shradhanand Colony
The project is funded by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for animal waste treatment plant for production of electricity and CNG.
On the occasion, Deputy Mayor, Yogesh Verma said that Bhalaswa being Dairy colony is dung is disposed into a drain that is in enormous quantity which till now was not being utilized and disposed into the drains which is hazardous for the living beings.
