India, Jan. 14 -- Three separate firing incidents, allegedly linked to gangsters, were reported from different parts of the national Capital during the intervening night of Monday and Tuesday. Panic gripped parts of outer Delhi after two motorcycle-borne men opened fire outside RK Fitness on the Outer Ring Road in Paschim Vihar around 11 pm on Monday.
