Garhwa, April 24 -- The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa Kumar Vipul sentenced four year imprisonment to three accused, on Tuesday. Court also imposed a fine of Rs. 10 thousand to each accused under Arms Act.
The three persons sentenced to imprisonment were identified as Ravi Tiwari, Atul Dhar Dubey and Anjan alias Ashish Dhar Dubey of Hasker village under Garhwa Police Station.
According to the FIR lodged in Garhwa police station, a police team was on patrol on the morning of 28 June 2023. In the same sequence, a robbery took place near Pachpadwa village and a cordon was laid to catch the robbers.
