Ranchi, April 21 -- At least three persons died and six others sustained injuries after a speeding truck collided with an SUV on Saturday on Ring Road near Salbal village under Namkum police station in Ranchi.
Ranchi Rural Superintendent of Police Ashutosh Shekhar said that the mishap happened in the afternoon between two o'clock to three o'clock. A Bolero carrying nine passengers was on its way to Bundu from Bijupara for a wedding ceremony when it rammed into a speeding truck. The deceased and the survivors are all residents of Bijjupara in Ranchi district, he added.
