India, July 20 -- The Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura is known for its rich legacy of biodiversity, cultural diversity. The UNECO recognizes this vibrancy of the northeast as one of the most bio-diverse regions of the world homing more than 160 ethnic tribes with diverse linguistics, dialects and is known for its rich music and literature.
