Ranchi, March 30 -- With the onset of early summers, heat has started increasing in Jharkhand. In the last days of March, the maximum temperature has crossed 40 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, the highest maximum temperature of 40.6 degrees was recorded in Daltonganj on Saturday. The lowest minimum temperature of 16.1 degrees was recorded in Khunti. The maximum temperature of Ranchi was 34.8 degrees and the minimum was 20 degrees. The Meteorological Department said that the maximum temperature has increased in the last 24 hours. Palamu region was the hottest with a four degree rise from the normal. Meteorological Department scientist Abhishek Anand said that the temperature in Ranchi may increase in the next three days....
