Ranchi, Feb. 15 -- A technical meet on "Micro-alloyed Steels and its processing - Recent Advances, Challenges & Opportunities" was organized at RDCIS, SAIL, Ranchi this week. Its objective was to disseminate the knowledge towards developing a composite perspective towards adoption of advanced micro-alloyed steel processing technologies in SAIL plants and to address the modern technologies, advancements and challenges in micro-alloyed steel research and its application aligned with achieving sustainability and cost efficiency towards greener steel production. The meet was formally inaugurated by Sandip Kumar Kar, ED, RDCIS.
