State Government didn't allegedly show any gesture for fulfilling their demands.

Association president Dr Deb Bijayi Mishra said the employees from across the State staged protest by wearing black badges in front of their colleges demanding regularisation of the services of teachers and other employees of different colleges, who have joined between June 1, 2008 and November 30, 2013.
