Mumbai, June 1 -- The Tata Sons board has exonerated Company Secretary Suprakash Mukhopadhyay of any breach of the Tata Code of Conduct following an internal investigation into his family's association with Divinion Advisory Services, a financial services firm. The board, in its meeting held on Thursday, reviewed and accepted the findings of the investigation, which concluded that there was no intentional misconduct or abuse of position.
