India, Jan. 16 -- India's assistant coach Ryan ten Doeschate says next month's T20 World Cup is still a "long way" to go and the team's immediate focus is on the ongoing ODI series against New Zealand, which is tied 1-1 after the visitors won the second match here.

Defending champions India will co-host the 20-team T20 World Cup starting on February 7. They are in the middle of a high intensity ODI rubber with the series-decider slated in Indore on Sunday.
