Bhopal, May 7 -- The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) announced the Class 10 and 12 examination results on Tuesday. While state-level results showed improvement, Bhopal's district ranking triggered concern.

In Class 10, the overall pass percentage rose to 76.22%, a notable increase from last year's 58.10%. Class 12 results also improved, with 74.48% of students passing, compared to 64.49% in the previous academic session.

Despite the state's upward trend, Bhopal ranked only 28th among all districts. The result is surprising given the city's educational resources and longstanding reputation as an academic hub in central India.
