Chandigarh, July 11 -- In a gruesome incident, two minor students of Kartar Memorial Senior Secondary School in Bass village of Hisar district allegedly stabbed the Director-cum-Principal Jagbir Singh Pannu to death on the premises on Thursday after he asked them to get a haircut and follow school discipline.
The 50-year-old Pannu was rushed to a private hospital in Hisar, where he succumbed to his injuries. The crime took place on the day of Guru Purnima, the day when the relationship between the guru and the disciple is respected, but this incident has tarnished this relationship.
