Ranchi, April 29 -- On the instructions of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, taking immediate action on the kidnapping of migrant workers in Niger, efforts have been intensified for the safe return of the five workers by mailing the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Embassy. It is known that on April 27, former MLA Vinod Kumar Singh had informed the State Migrant Control Room about the kidnapping and disappearance of five migrant workers of Village Dondlo and Mundro (Thana Bagodar, District Giridih). Action was demanded for their safe return by mentioning the names of the migrant workers and their passports.
