Ranchi, March 3 -- All India Congress Committee (AICC) has entrusted important responsibility to the Congress leaders of Jharkhand for the assembly elections in West Bengal. Senior leaders of Jharkhand have been deployed in various areas of West Bengal including Jharkhand Health Minister, Banna Gupta.
Gupta will work for the party candidates in Purulia district. Apart from this, former Chairman of Pollution Board Mani Shankar has been given the responsibility of Bankura district. Deepika Pandey Singh has been given the responsibility in different areas of Birbhum, while Anup Singh will be active in the Western Vardhaman.
