Mumbai, May 6 -- Nearly 17 years after a massive blast rocked the communally sensitive town of Malegaon in north Maharashtra, a Mumbai-based special court will on May 8 deliver its verdict in the much-discussed case with serious political ramifications.
Additional Sessions Judge A K Lahoti, who had presided over the trial, has scheduled the pronouncement of the verdict for Thursday next.
