Chandigarh, April 10 -- Punjab Government will organize a special 'Kisan Milni' at Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, on April 12 to sensitize the farmers regarding paddy cultivation. The decision is aimed at informing and educating the farmers about innovative and water-efficient techniques for paddy cultivation ahead of the upcoming season.
