Jammu, June 24 -- If you've yet to experience the finger-licking magic of Dogra and Kashmiri cuisine, buckle up for a gastronomic adventure aboard the Katra-Srinagar Vande Bharat Express. Starting from the second week of July 2025, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) will transform this scenic train journey into a rolling feast, offering a delectable menu of popular vegetarian dishes from Jammu and Kashmir.
On Monday, Additional General Manager, IRCTC, Anand Kumar Jha, unveiled the delicious plan, stating, "We are working out a plan to serve local cuisine on the Katra-Srinagar Vande Bharat train, and it is expected to start from the second week of July."
