India, Feb. 1 -- Delhi Education Minister Ashish Sood on Saturday inaugurated the State-Level Multi-Sensory Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) Competition 'Joyful Learning 2025-26' under Samagra Shiksha at CM Shree School, DESU Colony, Janakpuri. Addressing the gathering, Sood stated that the core objective of the initiative is to make the learning experience of students more interactive, accessible, and effective, while also equipping teachers with advanced teaching tools. As part of the programme, TLM competitions were successfully organised at the school, zonal, and district levels, wherein students developed innovative and creative TLMs under the guidance of their teacher-mentors.
