India, Jan. 27 -- Delhi Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh on Monday hoisted the national flag at the Chief Minister's Jan Seva Sadan along with Chief Minister Rekha Gupta to mark the 77th Republic Day.

The minister also participated in multiple Republic Day programmes across the Bawana Assembly constituency, where he paid tribute to martyrs and the architects of the Constitution and highlighted the key achievements of the Centre, the Delhi government, and the Social Welfare Department.
