Prayagraj, May 13 -- The Allahabad High Court (HC) on Monday dismissed YouTuber Elvish Yadav's plea challenging the chargesheet filed against him in connection with a case involving alleged misuse of snakes and snake venom for YouTube content, as well as alleged involvement in organising rave parties where intoxicants were reportedly administered.
Justice Saurabh Srivastava, while hearing the matter, observed that the chargesheet and FIR contain statements implicating Yadav, and the truth of those allegations can only be determined during trial. The judge also noted that Yadav had not challenged the FIR itself in his petition.
