DALTONGANJ, Feb. 4 -- Latehar police has given a severe jolt to the SJMM who was a kind of pain in the neck of the police in Latehar district.
Latehar police nabbed and jailed a 50 year old naxal supremo of the banned splinter group of naxal Sangharsh Jan Mukti Morcha (SJMM)Rajesh Singh Kherwar alias Shaitan alias Topi who was evading arrest for 12 long years.
Latehar SP Kumar Gaurav said, " Supremo of SJMM Rajesh Singh Kherwar alias Shaitan alias Topi was arrested on Sunday who was remanded to judicial custody today Monday under sections of 308 (2) and 308 (5) of the BNS and section of the Arms act."
