Jammu, March 5 -- Showing mirror to the two neighbouring countries without meddling in the International Affairs, Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Tuesday said there is no comparison between the divided parts of Kashmir as the situation across the border is "very bad" despite a Chinese fillip to Pakistan.

Omar made this sharp observation while pacifying the members sitting on the opposition benches after a National Conference legislator compared development between the two parts of Kashmir during the question hour in the legislative assembly.

Omar said every part of Jammu and Kashmir is far developed even though "we have never sought help from China, America, England or France to construct our roads."
