BHOPAL, March 8 -- The Electronics and Communication Engineering Department of SISTec Ratibad has been granted access to licensed Electronic Design Automation tools under the "CHIPs to Startup" program run by the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India.
These tools are from Synopsys, Xilinx, Keysight, Silvaco, Cliosoft, and Ansys respectively and are used in semiconductor chip design at the industry level. The Chips to Startup program promotes semiconductor design, research, and innovation.
Using above licensed access, a Center of Excellence for Semiconductor Technology will soon be established at SISTec. The centre will develop skills for proficiency in semiconductor technology.
