India, Nov. 24 -- True, the Election Commission of India (ECI) does not only "delete" but also "reunites" too. Amid an ongoing political slugfest over alleged "stress-related" deaths on account of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls, SIR has started building bridges to the past.
Amid the deletion scare of names, SIR, by default, has united at least three families in the past two weeks of its inception in Bengal.
