BALESWAR, July 14 -- Total shutdown has been imposed in the Jaleswar Municipality of Baleswar district from 5 pm of Monday (July 13) to 5 am of July 17.
The decision was taken by the district Collector for containment of Covid-19 cases, active surveillance and contact tracing. All wards of the municipality would be sanitised during the shutdown period.
Emergency services such as fire, ambulance, medicine shops, milk booths, petrol stations, water supply and media have been excluded from the ambit of the shutdown.
