Mumbai, April 30 -- Advising the Congress to "set its own house in order" before demanding a special Parliament session on Pahalgam issue, the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena on Tuesday asked the Mallikarjun Kharge-led party to convene a special session of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) to discuss "offensive statements" by its leaders on the attack in the Kashmir valley.
