Bhopal, June 4 -- Scope Global Skills University, Bhopal's School of Tourism and Hospitality recently organized a special culinary masterclass on "Glazed Vegetables" through its Hospitality Skills Club. The workshop, held in the seminar hall of the Commerce Building on the university campus, witnessed enthusiastic participation from 24 students and 4 faculty members. The session was conducted by Assistant Professor and senior chef Hemant Kumar Yadav, who brought his extensive industry experience to the practical training.
