BRAHMAPUR, Sept. 21 -- As part of "Seva Saptah" (service week from September 14 to 20) being celebrated country wide by the party on the eve of 70th birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP's Ganjam unit had organised a social welfare programmes across the district to mark the event with great enthusiasm, said former party district president Kanhu Charan Pati here.
