New Delhi, July 5 -- Delhi University will begin the next phase of its undergraduate admissions process "in the coming week" by allowing candidates to fill in their preferences for courses and colleges after the results for the Common University Entrance

Test (CUET-UG) were announcedon Friday. The academic session is scheduled to commence on August 1. Offering 79 undergraduate courses across 69 colleges, Delhi University has made available 71,624 seats this year.

An advisory issued by the university said, "The Delhi University will open Phase II of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS-UG) in the coming week."
