New Delhi/Chandigarh, Feb. 16 -- A plane carrying 119 illegal immigrants from the US landed at the Amritsar airport on Saturday night, the second such batch of Indians to be deported by the Donald Trump administration as part of its promised crackdown on illegal migration. Before the arrival and another scheduled deportee flight for Sunday created a lot of furore and controversy across the country with political parties crossing swords.
