India, Sept. 1 -- After witnessing a massive landslide near Ardhkuwari in which 34 pilgrims lost their lives and over 20 others received injuries on August 26, the Sub Division Magistrate, Katra, has now ordered the immediate vacation of commercial establishments, including hotels, in the vulnerable zones for the safety of the pilgrims.

Meanwhile, the pilgrimage to the Mata Vaishno Devi shrine atop the Trikuta hills remained suspended for the sixth consecutive day on Sunday due to inclement weather.
