Ranchi, May 17 -- Chief Minister Hemant Soren firmly believes that the determination of policies and their effective implementation should not be limited to the capital only, but its roots should be in the villages. To give concrete shape to this vision, the School Education and Literacy Department of the state is working with commitment. In line with this people-centric thinking of the Chief Minister, now the state level officials themselves will go to remote villages and monitor the ground reality of education schemes and programs.
