India, Nov. 20 -- The Supreme Court (SC) on Wednesday struck down key provisions of the Tribunals Reforms Act, 2021, slamming the Union Government for reintroducing measures previously struck down by the court. The amendments related to appointment, tenure, and service conditions of tribunal members and presiding officers.
