GURUGRAM, April 23 -- The 'Saral Kendra' of Gurugram has become the first Centre in the State to have cashless fee payment facility. With this, the applicants will be able to make payments through multiple digital modes like Unified Payment Interface (UPI) and Aadhaar Pay towards services such as acquiring, renewing a driving license as well as getting vehicles registered in Gurugram.
The facility aims to enhance convenience for residents as it eliminates the need for transacting in cash and significantly saves time. ICICI Bank has partnered with Gurugram District Administration in providing this facility. Initially, the cashless payment solution will be provided for motor licensing and registration services.
