India, Sept. 5 -- Samagra Shiksha Axom (SSA) and Tata-Nelco on Thursday entered into Memorandum of Agreement of '2,440 crore project to implement the Hub & Spoke Model in Skill Education across Assam's secondary schools. Attending the function, Assam's Education Minister Ranoj Pegu said this MoU with transform skill education in Assam. Around 75 per cent of this project will be funded by Tata-Nelco and Assam Government's Samagra Shiksha will fund the 25 percent and in the phase-1 will be implemented in 10 hub schools and 70 spoke schools.
