BOKARO, May 31 -- Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) reported a 16% year-on-year rise in standalone net profit at Rs 1,178 crore for the fourth quarter of FY25. Revenue from operations grew to Rs 29,316 crore, with crude steel production at 5.09 million tonnes and sales volume at 5.33 million tonnes.
For the full year, SAIL posted a net profit of Rs 2,148 crore. The board has proposed a final dividend of Rs 1.60 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
