India, Sept. 17 -- The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) held its 53rd Annual General Meeting in New Delhi, where Chairman and Managing Director Amarendu Prakash addressed shareholders through a virtual platform. He underlined the company's resilience amid global challenges and outlined its roadmap for sustainable growth.
Reaffirming SAIL's role in nation-building, CMD Prakash said the company remains central to India's infrastructure, railways, defence, and energy sectors. Guided by the National Steel Policy 2017, SAIL's upcoming projects will integrate green technologies, digitalisation, efficient logistics, and customer-centric solutions.
