NEW DELHI, June 12 -- Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) of Delhi can be the game changer in providing 'immediate' medical treatment to corona-infected patients as the community halls can be utilised as 'Covid care' centres for the treatment of patients.

Recently, Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal chaired a meeting with the State Disaster Management Authority (SDMA ) to explore the options to increase the bed numbers and oxygen in Delhi.
