BHUBANESWAR, Dec. 12 -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has praised a Class-IX student of Brahmapur for his innovative water dispenser displayed at the Deep Technology Education Programme in Sochi, Russia.
P Biswanath Patra, a student of Kendriya Vidyalaya, was one of the 25 Indian students who participated in the programme held from November 28 to December 8.
Patra made a water dispenser to tackle water crisis while the same was appreciated by the Russian President. The President said Russia would be happy if more kids like Patra from India come and participate with new innovations.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik also congratulated Patra for his invention.
