Ranchi, June 6 -- Educated youth are increasingly turning toward modern farming practices, moving beyond traditional methods. The use of innovation, technology, and willingness to take risks has made farming a profitable activity. This was revealed in a recent survey conducted by Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi, that across the 18 villages located around Usha Martin's plant in Tatisilwai. The survey was part of a study titled "Comprehensive Impact on Natural Resource Development", conducted by PGDM rural management students Niharika Singh and Saif Ali Rahman.
