New Delhi, April 14 -- Higher education remains our top priority. In line with this, a budgetary provision of ?500 crore has been allocated for the proposed Educational Hub in Narela in this year's budget. Delhi's Lieutenant Governor and Chancellor of IP University, Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, announced this while delivering the presidential address at the 17th Convocation Ceremony of IP University at its Dwarka campus today.
Addressing the graduating students, he emphasised that they now bear the responsibility of society and the nation. "You must remain sensitive to the world around you. Education that does not bring happiness to someone's life is of no real value. The teaching of human values cannot be confined to books," he said.
