Ranchi, May 11 -- The dispute between RIMS Director Dr. Rajkumar and the health department is not coming to an end. Recently, the High Court had stayed the order to remove Dr. Rajkumar from the post. Recently, Health Minister Dr. Irfan Ansari has issued a show cause notice to Dr Rajkumar. Show cause notices have been issued on these issues-- allegations of violating RIMS rules 2002 and regulation 2014, allegations of ignoring the decisions taken in the last meeting of the Governing Council, questions regarding Dr. Rajkumar's son's enrollment in the Hospital Administration Course at RIMS and being made a member of the internal committee, an answer has been sought regarding the purchase made in the institute without departmental approval and ...
