Dehradun, March 25 -- The second phase of the budget session would commence in Dehradun on Wednesday. In the meeting of business advisory committee held on Wednesday, it was decided unanimously that the session would be kept for only one day in view of the threat posed by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and public lockdown enforced by the government to prevent the spread of the disease. It was decided in the meeting of business advisory committee to cancel the question hour and zero hour during the session and get the finance bill passed. After the passage of the bill (budget) on Wednesday the house would be adjourned. The entry into the visitor's gallery would remain banned during the session.
