Ranchi, March 2 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated Hindustan Fertilizer and Chemicals Limited Factory (HARL) located at Sindri in Dhanbad district in the presence of Governor C.P. Radhakrishnan and Chief Minister Champai Soren and other distinguished guests. On this occasion, the inauguration and foundation stone laying ceremony of many development schemes related to railway, electricity and coal sectors worth about Rs 36 thousand crores was also completed.
