Gurugram, Aug. 6 -- In a stern warning to Ramprastha Promoters & Developers Private Limited, the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Gurugram, has asked the promoters to either fall in line or ready for civil imprisonment for not complying with various orders passed by this Authority, earlier.
On prolonged non-compliance of the Authority's order, the RERA Gurugram court had issued a production warrant of Arvind Walia and Sandeep Yadav, the directors of Ramprastha Promoters, to Bhondsi jail authority on 29.07.2025 to appear before it, today. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had already arrested Sandeep Yadav and Arvind Walia, promoters of Ramprastha Group, in a money-laundering case.
