New Delhi, March 27 -- A major accident averted as Chief Minister Rekha Gupta's convoy halted for nearly 15 minutes on the Haiderpur flyover on Wednesday morning as half a dozen stray cattle blocked the road. This prompted the driver to make an emergency stop. The incident occurred when she was touring different parts of Delhi a day after presenting the city's largest-ever budget of Rs One Lakh Crore. She went around constituencies and listened to people's grievances.
